General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern relations between the company WorkFlows N8Nlocated at 6 chemin Salvayre, 31140 Aucamville, France, registered under SIRET number [to be completed], and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.workflown8n.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer").
The publication manager is Jean-François DUPIN.

Article 1 - Purpose

The purpose of these GTC is to define the terms and conditions of distance selling of dematerialized products offered by WorkFlows N8N, namely N8N workflows (hereinafter the "Products"), and the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.

Article 2 - Products

The products sold are N8N workflows that can only be used by the Buyer after downloading. Any resale or sharing of these workflows is strictly forbidden without written authorization from WorkFlows N8N.

Article 3 - Prices

Product prices are quoted in euros (€) and include all taxes. WorkFlows N8N reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force at the time of validation of the order by the Purchaser.

Article 4 - Purchasing process

The Buyer selects the Product he/she wishes to purchase and proceeds with the purchase via the payment methods offered on the site: Credit card and PayPal. Payment is immediate and the order is validated once payment has been confirmed. The Buyer then receives a download link to access the Product.

Article 5 - Delivery

As the Products are dematerialized, delivery is made exclusively via a download link sent by e-mail to the Purchaser after validation of the order. This link is valid for an unlimited number of downloads.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal for dematerialized digital content not supplied on a physical medium. By validating his/her order, the Buyer expressly waives his/her right of withdrawal for this type of Product.

Article 7 - Warranties and updates

WorkFlows N8N does not no technical support after purchase of the Products. Workflow updates may be offered under certain conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase or in the documentation accompanying the product.

Article 8 - Protection of personal data

The information collected during the purchasing process is used solely to process the order. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), the Buyer may request the deletion of his/her data at any time by sending an email to. web@workflown8n.com.

Article 9 - Settlement of disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Buyer undertakes to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing amicable settlement (conciliation or mediation), the competent court will be the Toulouse Commercial Court.

Article 10 - Intellectual property

The N8N workflows offered for sale on the WorkFlows N8N site are works protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of the Products is forbidden under penalty of sanctions provided by law.

These terms and conditions comply with current French law and may be adapted to comply with any new regulations.
