1. What is an N8N workflow?

An N8N workflow is a set of automations designed to perform specific tasks automatically, by connecting various applications together. This simplifies and accelerates processes, whether for project management, marketing or data analysis. Our workflows are ready to use and easy to customize to your needs.

2. How can I buy a workflow on WorkFlows N8N?

It's so easy! Just browse our catalog, select the workflow you're interested in, and finalize your purchase via one of our available payment methods (credit card, PayPal). Once payment has been confirmed, you'll receive a download link to access the workflow.

3. How can I download my workflow after purchase?

Once you have finalized your order and confirmed payment, an e-mail containing a download link will be sent to you. This link is unlimited in time and allows you to download your workflow as many times as you like.

4. Can I get support after purchasing a workflow?

Our workflows are sold without technical support. However, we update our workflows under certain conditions, in order to guarantee their long-term performance. If you have any questions before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

5. What are the conditions for updating workflows?

Updates are offered to ensure workflow compatibility with new versions of N8N or to integrate functional improvements. If an update is available for a workflow you have purchased, you will be notified by e-mail, and you can access the updated version via the same download link.

6. How much do N8N workflows cost on your site?

All our workflows are displayed INCL. VAT (all taxes included), and prices vary according to workflow complexity. See the product page for the exact price of each workflow. No surprises: our prices are transparent and include all applicable taxes.

7. Can I use workflows for several projects or customers?

Our workflows are supplied with a license strictly personalThis means that they may only be used by the purchaser. Any redistribution, resale or sharing is strictly prohibited. If you need to use our workflows for several projects or customers, please contact us for specific conditions.

8. Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Due to the dematerialized nature of our products (digital content), in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer expressly waives his/her right of withdrawal once the order has been validated and the download link activated.

9. How is my personal data processed?

Your personal data will only be used to process your order (payment, delivery of download link). We only keep your data for as long as is necessary to process your order, and they can be deleted at any time on request by contacting us at web@workflown8n.com.

10. What should I do if I have a problem with a downloaded workflow?

If you encounter a technical problem with a workflow after downloading it, please check first that you are using the latest version of N8N. If the problem persists, you can contact us to report the incident. Although we don't offer support, we'll keep you informed if an update correcting the problem is available.
